Everytime i go on to play multiplayer on mw3, i get the message " The servers are not available at this time" the problem is, it has been saying this for 2 weeks now. I have cleared my system cache and have even formated my harddrive. Does anyone know how to fix this

That happened to me for about 2 nights but everytime I reset my internet and messed with it, I got it to work. I just bought a new router and I havent had a problem with MW3 yet so that seemed to fix my problem with the servers are down message.
