Exactly what I'm saying. It really helps when on Specialist, but obviously he doesn't understand that.

When I used ir for the first time I was like wow Flack Jacket + Tactical Mask PRO in the same perk... They did better than BO on this guess not fucking retards..

It less powerful compared to the BO version...
As to why that due to balance reasons
In this game no way you can resupply nades or anything which blast shield protects against along with the fact nades have been nerfed.
Tbh it one reason why i never use it , hardline is better and no more UAVs is even better.
Am shocked that the perks don't work different in HC and that blast shield is being buffed in that.
