How do you get out of Interchange and Downturn, I haven't managed them?

interchange has a sky barrier and downturn is really easy to get out of and so it interchange just not this way is all..

But Downturn is full of death barriers, I always die..

Yeah there are a few points on the map where there are none.

u cant get out of all maps using knockback mate
