Anti-Hack: Fix for exploit to start an online MP match with a custom game mode

Matchmaking: Prep work for adding Telemetry for matchmaking for future improvements.

Patch also caused problems for Elite premium members (like me) but i dont know what the are yet though.



Also on the last post about this the guy think it did all that stuff but that was on xbox not PS3...and that was a ps3 thread but anyway i might be patch man for ps3 and just incase no one knows what Modern Warfare 3 Patch 1.15 did here
