I have spoken to @ATVIassist On twitter and they asked for clan names and Platforms, to look deeper in the problems.

The new update seems to be pushed for some, As my clan has unlocked them today!

I have not gotten my emblems yet!

I've just logged into MW3 for PS3, and saw that I had new emblems unlocked, and saw it's the elite emblems. So, I can confirm it's out for PS3, and you DO NOT have to leave and join back to receive them. It just takes time, they're coming out slowly.

Awesome I think I will go and check now and see if I got them real fast

They seem to be getting rolled out very very slowly as I still do not have mine, Elite is annoying

Ok.. for all of u who have not recieved the elite emblems yet.. u have to leave ur clan and rejoin to get them.. all 91 of our members have too leave and rejoin to get the elite emblems..

Now I have to find a PS3 clan that is lvl 50. Is anyone in a high lvl clan on PS3 and wants to hit me up with an invite? PSN is SwintJoker and Dyfiant. Thanks!!
