I have spoken to @ATVIassist On twitter and they asked for clan names and Platforms, to look deeper in the problems.

Xbox gay...

They better not do the same shit again by giving the update to Xbox users before PS3 users. If so its complete bullshit.

All I can say is they are being rolled out very very slow, as my mates have them yet I don't, Starting to piss me off as I want them, and hate seeing there's in game

They aren't being rolled out to clans individually. Just gonna come with tomorrow's update...

Good to know. I have been impatiently waiting for these damn emblems.

The glitch has furthened. if you rejoin your clan, you get all the emblems leading up to that one. This is according to my friends in the JTG! clan on ps3

Explain how my mates just loaded the game and had them then, they never left the clan or glitched as everyone in the clan had them at the same time.

Unless they just got pushed at the wrong time.

They were actually added in Thursdays update, just waiting for the hotfix to activate them

I never got an update for the emblems. I was told by elite customer support that is coming tomorrow.
