Headshot Limit: 25 (In 1 Game)
Killstreak Limit: Below 100 (1 Game)
Weekly Banning Days: Monday, Wednesday Friday.
Do not Boost Infected. Its the most common place that activison sweeps and checks with their weekly banning days.

Turning off theatre mode does nothing, all MW3's theatre mode recordings are stored in your hard drive and not sent to any servers, which is why only you can see them unless you put them in your vault. Every single game you play and all your actions are logged, they have heat maps and kill feeds to look at to see if you are boosting.

Nothing will stop you being banned, They do leaderboard sweeps every week, Turning off Theatre Recording does nothing, as the game still records and sends to the IW server, for there use

I think it's hilarious people think turning theatre mode off has anything to do with preventing a ban, look at the post if you've been banned or reset thread and almost every post says they had theatre recording off.
IW have a huge array of tools and ways of seeing if you've boosted, if you see their twitter accounts they occasionally post screenshots of different applications they've used.
If you have beast stats or someone could just be pissed they've lost against you, they can go on your elite and see what you've done, if there's anything remotely suspicious all they have to do is send screenshots to IW and BANG, you're reset.
Best prevention is to not boost in the first place.
