What you need:

-36 clan members online
-6 parties with 6 members
-5 killers in each party
-1 tag collector

Basically, what you want to do is start 6 parties while doing clan ops. 5 of the members are getting kills using whatever package gets them the most kills. Then the last person in the party collects all of the dropped tags, the trick to this is stay by your teammates so the tags aren't too far and disappear. When doing this 1 person's tag confirms amount to 6 people's work. Basically instead of the top six having 200-400 tags they'll have 3 to 4 times more, whilst getting a really impressive rank and even the championship badge! It's like 36 people count for the operation, instead of just 6... Well yep.... That's it enjoy getting that championship badge!

Ive been trying to do this but getting 36 people online is impossible.

its good and works with 18persons too in every lobby 2 person who collect the dog tags

Already know about this helped a friend once with the same tactic and we got 3rd.
Other tips:
The collector has to use extreme condition, QuickDraw pro(faster tactical insertion), tactical insertion, USAS and the mp9(longer run).
