not a Doctor.
It doesn't even show that big "Clan Level 50, Maximum Level" or whatever. He was on inspect element for a long time.

Most likely the clan he is leader of just reached level 20 so got 4 hours double xp.
All he did was use inspect element and change the rest :dumb:
