How to fix mw3 disk read error?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); whilst im playing mw3 now and then i get a blackscreen saying disk read error ive tried to reset my ps3 and also have deleted the patch and re-downloaded nothing works please help

when my disc are badly scratch i usuallz spit on it and put soap wipe it and its shiny as fuck u can see the rainbows of course dont put it in while wet just wipe it with a dry towl

Not sure how to fix that
