yes it is a leaderboard hack.doubt it will get released though.i know that they already got banned for it .pretty usess I think as well.so you get to be number one on the leaderboard for a day or two then you get console banned.not a very good trade off.the iw server will report an error if someone gets a huge boost in stats.it is built In to the security of mw3.
