Trustworthy lvl 3
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); What internet speeds, bandwidth etc do you need, in order to host a game on cod?

If everyone leaves or i have myself doing a 2v2 (2 of me using a 2nd controller) and the opponents leave the lobby, it says "no suitable game hosts can be found" or some shit.

I can never host, never have more than 3 bars in any game.

Mobile Broadband -.-

i even tried the 'lock lobby' method to no avail.

Any one can be host, that's where lag compensation kicks in. You can have a decent connection and be host, anyone who has a better connection gets down to your level to make it "fair". Also if a really good connection player gets host his goes down and lower players connections go up to make it "fair".

You're be surprised by this answer but it quite low.
I believe it around 32-51kb/s to host yourself online. To host other players you need to times that by number of players.

Of course bandwidth is not the real issues other factors like ping and location come into play. Along with nat type

In theory you may be a good host but your ping may be stupid which is why people leave :p
Like to point that mobile connection for gaming is a bad idea the ping is too high also quite unstable.

I can get the same results by using wireless and wired connections. The difference is striking
