I had it just after the deadline so it didn't happen automatically yet when i try to redeem my founder card/dogtag that doesn't work either. I tried e-mailing support@callofduty but it didn't work. (literally got a message saying it wasn't received) So i am annoyed because i just want to use winter camo (sounds stupid i know) SO....Does anyone know which one(Activision, IW, Beachhead) i should contact and could you post the e-mail because i searched and couldnt find any...OFF-TOPIC but if anyone who brought the hardened edition still has their founder card could you PM me it to see if i just had a bad one :/

Hello, while i was clearing out some boxes i came across my MW3 hardened edition box. I opened it and saw the founder card/dogtag with the 20 digits on and realized i didn't redeem it and the membership because before there were issues on the website and i didn't want to risk messing it up. I tried to redeem it again because i read that the founder status is working now, however after i type it up it says that the code is incorrect/invalid. I know that it's never been used. My friend also had this problem about 2 months ago and he said he contacted you and you e-mailed him a working code. Would it be possible for you to do the same for me? It's just a shame because i have premium but don't have founder features and i want them to carry over to Black Ops II. Thanks.

Are you sure you are using the code from the same region? If you or the code are in different regions activating it wont work as they are region locked...

Its a UK code and game version so i don't think that can be it.

Is your PSN a UK account tho?

Ya sorry I forgot to put that. Everything is uk version. Im sure though that the region doesnt matter but I may be wrong but the codes work with the elite service and not the actual id/gametag as I read the codes work on either platforms
