This what it did on xbox:

• Support for Elite drops 19-24 (the new drops are now live for paid Elite subscribers on Xbox 360)
  
• Matchmaking improvements to use first party country if DML data isn’t available
  
• Additional logging for matchmaking
  
• Update to Face Off spawn logic
  
• Added logic to make Terminal count as an original map
  
• Fix for XM25 challenges not registering properly
  
• Fix for exploit that allowed change of a UAV into a second Ballistic Vest
  

• In addition, a playlist update was also released to “fix [the recent] issue when using attachments with new M16A4 changes in Modern Warfare 3 - X360 version: 1.8.594.1 PS3 version: 1.8.475.4,” announced Infinity Ward. As you may recall, six weapons were buffed recently, including the M16A4.
  
• Also it has been rumoured that it contains fixes for mismatched area vs. game combinations for Terminal. (I.E. UK account, but US Disk)

I know IW was looking at the data i have a feeling they are going to use it black ops 2. Just like the black ops 1 data was used in MW3.



Hit detection is due to matchmaking mixed with lag comp.
Noticed hit detection has improved along with the matchmaking....quite good now apart from sometimes WTF death but nothing like it was before.

Party matchmaking is loads better.

Not really, I've been using it with Rapid Fire and Kick for a few months now and there's not really any improvement. Recoil's far to much compared to the T95.

can i download for my computer and then copy for my ps3?
