Its happend to me, but i think it is that your jb firmware like geohot or kemew makes it uncompatable... thats my thought

Wrong section, but i'm pretty sure it's because you're not on Kmeaw's custom firmware. Try installing his and see if it works.

I don't need 15th.

Make sure you don't end up updating you're PS3 accidently. If you're going to change you CFW to Kmeaw then i'd possibly try the restore method instead of just updating over system update on a USB (I think... Personal option) and then try to install you're PKG.

Yeah kmeaw is the best cfw make sure you have it installed maybe its not compatible with your cfw
