1. Start Modern Warfare 2 (yes 2) and first delete the MW2 Update 1.13 if you have on your 3.55 CFW
2. Now you get Information that new 1.13 Update start to download, go to NO Update
3. Go to Multiplayer (you are now Offline)
4. Go to Connect with Multiplayer (now you need to go Online but if you go online it will you ask to Update to 1.13), wait now 10 Seconds in Background its Update the Playlist.
5. Go OUT MW2 and start MW3, now you have OPEN Connection.

But Can i Do OPEN nat Type on The Last PS3 Update ?

This Tutorial is for 3.55, but with the new 4.21 Update from Ps3 it works too, much easier. Go Online with 1.13 on MW2 at the Multiplayer Main Menu than go out and start MW3, now you have open.

good idea bro but this so vague as in people with nat type 3 will try this and it will not work some networks are not setup for gaming and stuff that is why some people get stuck with a strict nat and you are wrong you can mess around with your ports to determine what type of nat it will display on games i.e strict, moderate and open

What I do is turn my ps3 on, turn my modem on and off, as it's booting up and connecting, I start mw3. I wait at the play online screen until my Internet is back up (normally takes 1min at the most) once its connected, I click play online or whatever it says, u get signed it and then I have open all day. Good tip for anyone who can't get the mw2 trick to work.
