It said it was his first edit so he's learning it, the best NGU Community could do is give a nice comment and a positive feedback to give him several better ideas for the next time. It's not that hard to be nice and it doesn't have to be a lie, just be honest or leave it alone. It says it's his first edit he got payed for...I don't think this is his first ever edit. Now that would be stupid to think, that he just decided yeah I'm going to edit a clip today for the first time and get payed for it...Also that guy is right. Why would I post boost when I am an active member with other 1400 posts. Been a member since march 2009 and could care less about my post count. It happens to be high because I like this site and posting on things that does not mean I boost my post count if that is even a thing someone would care about.
