Solution is to decrypt the 1.22 EBOOT and default.self files and mod them. Otherwise no go.

They have to be on 1.21 using patch blocker or they won't ever connect.

you dnt have to replace the the param.sfo. just replace the eboot, alll ppl still on 1.21 can still join you. all you need is to instal 1.22 and replace the eboot lets you online only letting 1.21 connect to you
