(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});Infinity Ward has outed a Modern Warfare 3 title update to address network issues. The update is now live on all platforms, and is said to “significantly reduce” latency spikes players may have been experiencing.
In addition to the title update fixes, playlist updates have been rolling out across the Infinity Ward servers, and should be completely in effect for all playlists in a few days. Server performance will now also be monitored, allowing Infinity Ward to analyse their backend servers.

Added more matchmaking/performance telemetry to allow us to optimize our backend servers
New networking code improvements to be initially rolled out in the Domination playlist October 10th, mid-morning with more playlists to come

Have you noticed any connection improvements since the title update?
This should of been fixed long time since this lag issue was happening since the game came out, now Blackops 2 is here I don't think anyone is gonna pay any attention to MW3.
Well I live in Australian and have still managed to be merged with lobbies in Mexico or other nations that speak spanish so there claims that they have fixed matchmaking telemetry once again is BS.
Honestly a lot of lag is on the consumer part too though.
It's not like everybody that plays this game has super fast internet. I also can't imagine that Splitscreens don't hurt their connections as well.
What Activision should do is make connections more like MW2. That way if you lagged, it was on you instead of bringing down the entire lobby.
Everytime I hear a clan speaking French or anywhere outside the USA, I expect to face tons of lag...And Support use :carling:

V good video on how the matchmaking used to work no longer works like this in parties. Also explains a couple of things.
I wonder that this title update does i played the game the other day for the first time in 1 month. And nothing much changed.......
Second game i played was alot better and 3rd game was terrible again.
