1 : Delete the Modern Warfare 3 patch
2 : Start downloading the newest mw3 patch once it get to 20% and 4/5 cancel the download .
3 : Now if you did it correctly it should say you are on 1.21
4 : Go onto internet connection settings and press custom scroll through it untill you see proxy server Once you see it click use then type this code Proxy : 210.101.131.232 Port number : 8080 or use patch blocker .
5 : Now go onto mw3 since you are bypassed on 1.21 you can now get into xp lobbies
