Since i play MW3 i could not help to convert my USA & all other regions.
You can just install this FIX v122, it worked fine for me.
or use update finder app & install v119 to v121 then v122 fixed if you want.
I Tested BLUS30838 & working so please post if others are ok .

If you are talking about decrypting & everything i can not explain everything. Personally it took me forever to figure out how to do all this over a year ago. If your just talking about making a simple package there are many tutorials around the net for making a update package . I just do not have the time to explain atm .I am very busy person my friend i was up 22 hrs with all this yesterday .So i need a break & if you need me to explain to make a package i can explain to you maybe later but not how i decrypt/encrypt & everything it is impossible without me walking you through every step each time . I understand the patch structure & what all files mean so for a person who never decrypted/encrypted ,to just try from scratch = wont happen 123. Trust me i know first hand .I leaned on my own with no help from anyone ..

Start your game then if you see 119/120/122/123/ let them install then install my 122 & 123 fixes over them . My fixes are v9.99. so you will be able to install right over the official 123 & that should slove the problem for those who can not find them. You know all you need is a update finder aldostools.org ..

What you mean on PC ? or PS3 ? If you talking about read error on PSN explain what you did .If it is your PC ,looks like you been downloading to much ..

I have got that before on new games .It was odd seems like i got it once when i tried a game from internal then i moved to external & was fine but it could be the PS3_GAME folder was not put back in your GAMES folder if using multiman ,or a param.sfo need to be edited to 03.40 ,etc
