Well I hold a 3 k/d and I don't use a headset, I would say I just play smart which helps a lot in doing good in a game. You say your accuracy is bad? Well what sensitivity do you play on? I wouldn't recommend anything higher then a 6 and I would suggest 5 and lower. If you are also really worried about your K/D then try using the guns that are overpowered in MW3 like the ACR, MP7, and the Type-95. For perks go with Sleight of Hand, Assassin, and Stalker or something close to that. Like I said about playing smart you always want to pay attention to your surroundings and teammates. Use your teammates as sort of a map guidance, pay attention to where they spawn and try to narrow the spots the enemy could be at. Also learn hot spots where people will most likely always be at.
