Already got that, but I want one that will be in a BLES01428 region, unless when I repack with make_self_npdrm I put BLES01428 at the end?

Yes it works too. Also if you want decrypt self with your bles region, use scetool and type :
scetool -l 496E66696E697479576172644B657900 -d default_mp.self default_mp.elf

I tried this and got- Error: Could not find keyset for self
Error: Could not decrypt header

Give eboot and default_mp I will try now
