Respect my authoritah!!
After many requests, I've decided to go ahead and throw an EBOOT together for 1.23. There are versions here for All Regions, and it has features that far exceed any available mods to this day.
Features:
-Custom welcome message upon loading game
-32,500 suicide XP in:
•
omination•Headquarters
•
emolition•Kill Confirmed
•Capture the Flag
-Predator missile martydrom
-Broken glass floats up into the sky
-Dead bodies/care packages/falling objects have low gravity
-Javelin Macross (won't kill you when you shoot)
-Instant Javelin Impact
-Sleight of Hand reloads instantly
-Steady aim has perfect accuracy
-Quadruple weapon XP in all gamemodes
-Throwing a portable radar down gives you constant UAV
-You can now turn a full 360 degrees while prone
-No sway while aiming down sight
-Pink names for you and your party members (only the host sees them)
-Vision tweaks (looks like PC promod; reduces lag in game)
-Pickup prints (game tells you if you pick up ammo)
You will need:
-Jailbroken PS3 that is spoofed and online and has the 1.23 update installed (follow You must login or register to view this content. for help updating to 1.23)
How to use:
1. Download the file for your region. Rename it to EBOOT.BIN.
2. Copy the EBOOT.BIN from your PC to /dev/hdd0/game/YOUR MW3 REGION/USRDIR/ using an FTP server or file manager.
3. Launch MW3. Enjoy =D

Oh, and I'm not responsible for anyone getting banned using this. If anyone can record this, please do Note: There is one bug in this that I have yet to fix. When you have specialist pointstreaks equipped, your gun's sway goes really crazy. I am currently working on a fix.

I would buy NGU Elite for a year just to see what's going to be in Choco's Elite exclusive. Choco, if you could put force host in it like I heard was in your first Elite Modded EBOOT, I would really appreciate it as my connection never makes me host. Even though I have 50mbps download and 10mbps upload. It's because my router is old and can only handle 26mbps down and 5mbps up on my PS3, so I need to buy a new router to get host or an EBOOT with force host lol. =\

Can u do this "Oh, also if you are good with ppc, edit the eboot with that(see below) and you will unlock all weapons on 31, pro perks, and prestige 20 (Level 80 and skip prestige)" ?
