You kill yourself untill you are level 80 and then wait for the host to leave and make it migrate. Then you leave and it will stay 80.

oh wow! Well i'm dumb haha. By any chance do you have a Skype and I record btw with a pvr if you ever need a person to record your xp lobbies.
