Well here is how to erase it.

start the game up originally for mw3 and the custom welcome message should appear. Connect to server and go back to the mw3 main menu and load a non modded spec ops game. Once done, go back to multiplayer and should load without mods, but restarting mw3 will turn on the custom eboot.

P.S. In-case you're completely confused. The "normal" eboot wouldn't even allow you to play MW3 on 3.55.
