3)fill out the all the details but every time you want a new code switch your email and use the same receipt numbers and they will send you a new code.

When you pre order, there is a five dollar deposit, and you can not cancel pre orders.

No, when you pre order to get the receipt numbers, you have to pay a minimum of five dollars to pre order. You can't do this Glitch unless you pre ordered.
