try restarting your xbox.. Sign in then out.. Or redownload.

some times on the ps3 after installing a product from the PS store you have to also click the bubble to fully install that is shown underneath the game section on the XMB.

if its ps3 then you may have the wrong region for your disc...
also you may need to check if your ps3 account with the DLC on it is activated
if its not then you cant use it
