its a code you get if you pre-order the game, but its not that good so i wouldn't worry about it

yes you can redeem these codes in the playstation store
just go to the top right corner of the screen and select "redeem codes"
then just follow the steps untill you get to the code entering screen
there you just type in your code that you recieved

you can also do this by gamesharing

Yes you can get the code on the PS3. I got it on the PS3. It's quitye a good gun actually. You can enter it under "Account Management" - "Redeem Codes".
