I doesn't work anymore for me. I was possible before the patch.
Can anyone confirm this?

Yes this is true. They have reduced the amount of height you gain from rocket jumps now so most jumps you cannot do.

It works on some areas but the amount you fly up by has been reduced a bit. o depending on how easy the rocket jump is, it will or wont work.
