You have to lie down then move forward and mount at the same time.

year thats what i did but it was on split screen and it did take a few goes but im pretty shure it works online

also the mg42 is the gun i did not try so im not shure about that gun

Works perfectly for me. No reloading, my ammo just vanishes

i told u it works and theres like no recoil atalllll i wud use it with double tap

right wat he was trying to tell you to do is.
mount your weapon whilst in prone. then when youre weapon is mounted push forward on the left stick and then you're ammo bar should disappear. And they're you go you have unlimited ammunition.
