I've tried this out..

Gewher 43 with Aperture Sight
.357 Magnum

Bandolier or Satchel Charges
Stopping Power
Reconnaissance or Second Chance

It's very powerful and kills enemies in virtually 2 to 3 shots.

Bandolier (you'll need it)
Stopping Power (dur!)
Deep Impact
Tokarev 'cause the Magnum sucks

it shows the dogs, artilery strikes and tanks on the radar
