Yeah its worth it, quite a few people still play (20k down from 65k) but just make sure you get the DLC bundle because even if you dont play the actual multiplayer zombies will get boring fast, and if you do decide to play the actual multiplayer than you want it as almost half the maps are from map packs. (And you get the MP maps A LOT even if you dont have that map pack)

i know i quit from the multiplayer but my dad sold it because i needed money for prestige edition MW2 XD lol but i want to play zombies again...

well if you want to play zombies than yes, I logged many hours on it last summer and I must say its fun. MP1 for zombies wasn't too good but MP2 and MP3 are worth it for zombies (Shi no numa and der reise )

Hours of fun can be had playing zombies with a group of friends or random people I would get WaW just for that.
