What you need to do is get the guy u r doing it with to host a party of 6 and you host a party of 6, you need there house, mobile number and you ring them then you find a match that you are hosting tell them to find a game then you will end up in the same lobby together. I used to do this with codemajic fatman9 doghandler ebalian
