If I kill an enemy soldier there is no +5, +10 or +50.

Can anybody agree?

I can pretty much gurantee you it is because you have the German version. What I don't know is why in the world they would filter out the +5 +10 etc and how it can be fixed. The best you can do is to buy an american version, since you seem to know english
