You CAN just have a lvl 1 that you did the glitch on perform it on you... (search button!!!!)

Edit: I searched and could not find the thread (?) so here are the steps:
On your high lvl 65 put chosen perks you want to transfer over
While still at that custom class's page, sign out and sign in to a secondary account. Go to that custom class and click on every perk slot. The other perks will pop up. Then prestige and transfer from that class.

Was it pc?

You get an acc with the perk you want, set the perk you want on any class, then sign into a different account
