tried strafe jump and croutch, any tips

is there a way of perhaps bayonet jumping up onto the ledge??

just a random thought lol.

Ive tried getting a tank through to the spot so I could jump on it and get up onto the ledge, but I cant find a gap big enough to get a tank through :(
