It hasn't been patched. Still works. When I start to rise I push back and then forward and I land near the top of the rock (when it works). It's a cool spot because your hidden instead of up in the air. You still have an open view of the hill. Haven't seen any info on a Dome elevation glitch yet. I will have to search for it. Nice video!!

Yea that is pretty sweet, but i dont understand how exactly to do it, when i tried i got the whole bouncing thing down, but idk how to get shot into the air
