looks like he is in spectator mode or something how you can move the camera up and down....maybe something with that

I have actually done this. I was in a team deathmatch game and I got the connection interrupted showing on screen and I kept zooming across the map for a few minutes. I could still hear people talking and they where saying my name and stuff like "Oh my god, that guy is ****ing flying around me!".
I then got booted back into a new lobby and a server error message popped up.

I then got about five messages asking how I did it. Also some telling me to stop hacking as well and what scum I was. :rolleyes:

I could not control it like that guy but it seemed to work in the same way.
