Yes there is a possibility you could be banned since glitching violates the game's online Terms Of Service, However has anyone gotten banned in the past.... No..... Look how many people have been glitching it goes back to the older COD's and none of them have gotten banned so it's unlikely you would get banned but just know there is a chance if Treyarch decides to start taking action against glitchers besides patching things.

No they couldnt get u banned cuz its treyarchs fault the glitch is there so its their responsibilty to patch so ppl cant do it
