Weapon: Double-Barrel Shotgun with Sawn-off attachment

Side arm: .357 Magnum or Tokarev TT-33

Perk 1: Bomb Squad

Perk 2: Sleight of hand

Perk 3: Dead Silence or Steady Aim

Perk 4: It doesn't matter

That's a pretty good class, but I like mine better because a soon as you shoot someone and miss, you're pretty much screwed. So I think a shotgun should have a lot of stopping power and an okay range.

Primary: Double Barrel Shotgun w/ Grip
Secondary: .357 Magnum
Perk 1: None (Weapon Attachment)
Perk 2: Stopping Power
Perk 3: Steady Aim

The Grip increases it's accuracy, meaning range & stopping power.
Stopping Power makes it more deadly.
Steady Aim increases hip fire accuracy, and I rarely aim down its iron sights. More accuracy once more means more range and stopping power.

Thanks for all the great comments, but theres no need for stopping power for shotguns because they are pretty much single shot everytime, the reason I put sleight of hand is because you will have a lesser chance of getting killed and if the dude is reloading boom he's dead, I kill with this class I'll post more classes.

Alright, i've shotgunned my way through a prestige or two and I must say the BEST class that worked for me in most maps is definetly:

Guns:
1. Trench Gun w/ Bayonet
2. Magnum

Grenades:
1. N 74
2. Smoke

Perks:
1. Satchel Charges or Bazooka
2. Fireworks
3. Reconnaisance
4. Ordinance Training

It is pretty cool taking out tanks and getting the TG warmed up for the people.
