yea. you go around the side.

iv tryed to get there for ages with no luck lol

yea it takes some finagiling. but when you get there its a pretty neat spot. there is a wall to the left in the photo that gives you a bounce. you cant get high enough to get over it so ive been playing with that tring to get over it. Seems like there is a lot of buildings and are to explore over it so...

you can also go the other way and get on a building and get on thde side of the building right across from the ladder.

yea ive done all that. you just walk around and jump onto the little ledge and then your over. you can walk ontop of big walls and all that.

Yea you run up the hill and jump onto this wall shown on the far right then make your way around these little statues and then your here

people have troble getting around the statues without it pushing them off.
