yea thers 2 ways
1. get a lvl 8 or lower to invite u
2. this is wut i do - dont turn on call of duty just go to ur friends and the ones that are playing join their session in progress. now itll say trying to join potential matches
quickly (as quick as possible) click cancel and click find match and boot camp will not have the time to lock itself.
just try it a couple times and ull see it works

Go to the bottom of the leaderboards find someone rnk 8 or lower make sure their online join there game.

i can do it without those ,, i dont know how it hapened ,, i clicked play online it went on to downloading game settings and wen it finished i had no rank or symbol ,, i went to play lists and everything was still ther then bootcamp was unlocked , i powned the newbs big time got a 37 kill streak,,wen i quit boot camp locked again ,, weird rep me if this helps and il try make it doable

at the multiplayer menu highlight xbox live then push A A A Up A really fast and it will put you in you just gotta be quick enough to beat your rank loading

play on boot camp while ur still under lvl 8 thn just never leave, as long as the match doesnt close u could potentially play till ur 65
