Well if you move your left analog stick even a small amount it can force you out and make you stand up. My left analog is messed up and gets stuck sometimes and thats what happened. I actually survived for about a minute just standing up because each time the zombies swiped at me they hit another zombie but eventually they hit me. It was getting really boring too.

at level 226 right now they dont increase speed after level 30 and yes it is extremely boring i have had thoughts so many times of just quiting
