Now, how to destroy the tank:

Look at your radar using Reconnaissance
Throw a smoke grenade near the Tank so smoke is all around it, go near it and place satchels on it, or under it if possible, blow up the satchels, if it is not destroyed but on fire blitz it with your PPSH where the armour has been taken off by the satchels

Instead of fireworks you can put Juggernaut so you don't get killed getting there :p
