Have never seen this glitch before and the video was only posted today so im guessing it is new, ill give it a try and check it out and report back
edit: right jsut tried this on a ps3 and i can get up onto the roof but i cant seem to elevat like they do, maybe there is a little trick like crouch and uncrouch as they go up im not sure but ill keep trying, either way pretty good glitch even if i can only get on the roof.

Cool. Once on the post, I went back and to the right like on the video. You have to stop so that the "press A to green arrow" stays on the screen. You don't crouch. Just jump. Maybe it could lead to other glitches? Maybe the roof? I didn't have time to mess around with it much. Feel free to Rep! lol

little update. I was able to land on the pole and jump back to the roof. I was blocked from moving up the roof and outside the board. It's a little tricky. Just keep trying. I find that holding down on the jump button a little longer helps. Anyone want to try a strafe jump at the roofs edge?? I suck at them! lol You may be able to strafe around the barrier to the upper part of the roof.
