Because they can single handedly turn a winning team into a losing one. How many times has your entire team's positive Kills to Deaths been completely wiped out by ONE person going 5-23 or 1-18?
They have no ability to adapt. If you're running into an area over and over dying, I think its time to switch strategies.

Most noobs abuse the Grenade Launcher which pisses me off when I'm trying to make a comeback in terms of my k:d. Also when they camp with the hugest guns like M60 or the RPD. It pisses me off if I try to snipe then I get killed instantly and watch the kill cam only to find a noob camping with the RPD.

I hate that people think "noobs" exist. Sure you may die quicker or they die slower but they do it because it is effective. In shooter games an objective is to kill the enemy which they totally do, abeit in an unfair manner. And in retaliation I bet you all make an "ultimate noob crusher" class (like I did in the past). Guess what. You just became a "noob".
