Its not that hard to follow. Just go into the buliding on the top right, enter it, walk around for a while and you should hear odd sounds (and it is not background music.) If you want proof, then check it out for yourself.

I heard something like this in asylum. go into the shower/bathroom area and stay there awhile. if u notice in other parts of the map you can hear a dog barking but when you stay in there it wimpers or stays quiet and you can hear some weird sounds. idk if it was just the way the sounds carry in that room but thats what it sounded differen to me.
