First, this must be a private match on any type of game. Start the game and instead of picking a team choose spectator. Once in spectator go to start then click on any team you want and hold the X button. Now while holding the X button hit circle, then circle again to exit the pause menu. Now let go of X and the spectator can't move anywhere. Or you could keep holding X and you'll get the same result.

This is not a glitch, you are spectating your corpse.

It isn't spectating the corpse because after you switch to spectator and the guy dies you can move around normally. But after doing the glitch you get stuck in place.
