THE place to go is behind the building with the antenea on top of it. Go to the broke rusted ladder behind that building and go south. To your right youll see a drainage ditch and on the side of it is a rock. Lay down and crawl into the rock.

Wow inside a rock...

me and someone else found that too. Also, if you go to spectator mode you can go through the drainage pipe but not back out. We found that rock whilst trying to get in the pipe. But no luck
